Smart recognition - Intelligent action

Only three steps to a safe AI project

Our approach to an AI project has 3 steps to ensure your success

The general idea is to split the development of the software into sequences of repeated cycles (iterations). Each iteration has a fixed length of time. Where the risk is high we have short iteration times. This way we can minimize the risk.

We will help you to maximise the potential for your projects to succeed by helping you address each element of your project at the right time and to the right level of detail for the size and complexity of your project.

You can greatly benefit from a leaner and more integrated approach to risk management.

How we evolve projects

Before you get your AI project off the ground, you first need to test whether your idea is feasible. A structured feasibility check doesn’t have to be hard, but it will highlight major areas you need to consider.

Therefore, we start with a workshop where we check the feasibility and requirements. Then we build a prototype and evolve further to MVP and finally MAP. From there we can evolve further into the future.
